Yes, I realize that it's a little absurd for an blogger from the Middle East to feature a post on hummus written by an American blogger. Oh well. I've only attempted hummus once and it wasn't a great success. Check out this post from A Life Unprocessed to see how to do it right, sprouting and all. (Hummus spread isn't the most photogenic of subjects, so I'm using thepicture of pretty sprouted chick peas instead.)
