Welcome. Real Food 101 is the place to share:

Here's my featured post from last week:
Every wonder how butter is made? I was discussing this with a friend just the other day, so it was especially great that Brandy's shared her How to Make Raw Butter post on Real Food 101.

Homemade Butter
She describes the process really well and the pictures are a great help. If only I could get my hands on good quality cream, I'd make this in a second. It's easy.
Thanks, Brandy!

I shared a delicious soaked cherry almond oatmeal recipe.

Sorry about my link looking funky! I don't know what happened with it.

Hi Ruth . I've been wanting to make butter too, just waiting on a good price for organic cream (raw is not an option where we live). It works out to the same price as buying organic butter at this point. I'm sharing a post for a roasted eggplant salad.

Hello There,

This week I am sharing a Valentine’s Day inspired dish - the most beautiful vibrant red: roasted beets, cabbage and green apples. A healthy dish for the lovers Holiday.

Be Well,

Hello Ruth,
I shared a recipe for Apple Cinna-Mini Muffins, they are grain free, refined sugar free and of course gluten free since they contain no grains. I am hoping this recipe isn't too challenging for this linky, it was really simple to just toss it all in a bowl, mix it up and pour into muffin tins. I think it still applies though because these are the cure-all for any sweet tooth and anybody just making the switch over knows they need something to satisfy that refined sugar addicted sweet tooth. Anyway, they are very, very tasty and not difficult to make. Hope you all enjoy them!

I'm a holistic chef and certified healing foods specialist and I love finding blogs that showcase real whole delicious foods! I shared a recipe for Meyer Lemon Hummus that uses flax seed oil in place of the olive oil. Thanks for hosting :)
