Start with four beautiful, ripe, organic avocados.
Add 4 hard boiled eggs from the farm.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, or to taste. This was a miserly lemon, so I used the juice of the whole lemon.
Crush a generous amount of garlic.
Add half a teaspoon of salt and blend the ingredients together. Optional: add a tablespoon or two of mayonnaise, preferably homemade.
Enjoy!

Hi Ruth, this salad sounds yummy. I love pastured eggs, avocado, and garlic so I will try this recipe. I bet it would be great with my cultured salsa recipe. Tahanks for sharing.:)
