This is the sort of recipe even a total novice cook could pull off.
· Three ingredients
· No tricky processes
About 20 minutes and it’s done. Grilling, as opposed to baking, brings out a delicious nutty flavor you don’t normally taste in cauliflower. Even people who aren’t cauliflower fans like it this way.

Preparation time: 3 minutes
Start to finish: 20 minutes
Ingredients
1 cauliflower
A couple tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste
Let’s Cook
1. Wash the cauliflower and separate it into large florets.

2. Sprinkle olive oil over the cauliflower and mix.
Tip: If you are pouring straight from the bottle, and it doesn’t have a special spout, block the opening of the bottle with your (clean) thumb so that you can control the flow.

3. Sprinkle salt on the cauliflower. Mix.
4. Grill it in the oven, i.e. with heat coming from the top. When the pieces start to turn just a brown, turn them. Grill a little more and you’re done.

i love roasted cauliflower! it's simple and so delicious! i like to get a bit fancier and add garlic and chilli, but really just simple salt and olive oil is amazing.

Hi Ruth. You are so right. The roasting process brings out the most amazing flavor. We made this last night!
I need to try this. Boiled cauliflower is so boring. :0)
I am going to try this! My son loves cauliflower! Thanks! Shay :)
Roasting cauliflower must give it lots of flavor which boiling doesn't bring out. Sounds yummy.
And baked cauliflower, while still tasty, isn't nearly as nice.
Sounds good.

Any roasted vegetables are so, so good! My 9-year old son loves roasted cauliflower, brussel sprouts, broccoli, anything roasted. It really does bring out the natural sweetness of the veggie!
Ooh, what a good idea. I need to eat more cauliflower.:)
