Welcome. Real Food 101 is the place to share:
* easy recipes a real food beginner can tackle
* tips on learning to cook with real food
Here's my featured post from last week:
Just yesterday, my son and I were saying that it's about time to make a lentil soup. It's not the thing you want during the long hot summers. Vicky from Gluten Free SCD and Veggie posted a lentil soup recipe that looks delicious. Only thing I'd do differently is to soak the lentils for 12 hours before using them, as suggested in the GAPS book.
Thanks, Vicky!
