I tried to make fermented salsa once with whey, but I wasn't fond of how it turned out. I am going to try you way next time. Saw your intro on the Paleo Rodeo, and just wanted to stop by and say Hi and I'll definitely submit a recipe to your blog hop.
If you make the recipe, write back and let us know how it came out!
