Frozen Grapes

What takes one minute to make, is frozen and is a wonderfully refreshing dessert? Frozen grapes!

They’re fun to eat and incredibly pleasing on a hot day. They have one ingredient – grapes – so they’re not loaded with added sugar.

Fresh Grapes - oh, so pretty

Preparation time: 1 minute. Less if you hurry!
Start to finish: Three hours.
Ingredients: Grapes. Organic is best. It’s nice to have a mix of colors.

Method

1. Remove the grapes from their stems.

2. Wash and place them in a bowl.

3. Leave them in the freezer for at least three hours.

Frozen grapes make a nice snack, or a quirky dessert. They thaw quite quickly once out of the freezer, so just take out what you think will be eaten right away.

While these are fun for older kids and adults, don't forget that they’re a choking hazard for young children.
